Graeme is an expert Mortgage and Protection Brokers as well as being Prospect Tree Mortgages’ resident Equity Release specialist. Graeme is a member of The Equity Release Council which exists to promote high standards of practice and conduct in the provision of and advice on equity release which have consumer safeguards at its heart.

Phil King – Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Phil is an expert Mortgage and Protection broker here at Prospect Tree Mortgages. Having completed the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance in 2015 Phil has a good understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate and is used to assessing customers’ requirements to deliver positive outcomes.

Matthew is an experienced Mortgage Broker, having worked within a national financial services company prior to joining the Prospect Tree team.
