The Client
Our clients are both barristers working in London. They own their own home, and want to buy a second property in Oxfordshire for them and their family.
The Challenge
Purchasing an additional property in another county for over £2 million on an interest only basis. They have a residential mortgage in place and are working to a budget for the new loan.
The Solution
As our client was concerned about rising interest rates, we were able to recommend them a product with an initial fixed rate period of 5 years. The lender was also able to offer this on an Interest only basis.
