The £100 donation is only payable if the client referred completes on a mortgage written by Prospect Tree Mortgages Ltd. If the client does not complete on a mortgage written by Prospect Tree Mortgages then no donation will be made payable.
The £100 donation will be made the month following completion of the mortgage.
There is no limit to the amount of people who can use this referral route, but the same person cannot refer themselves twice, and referrals for multiple people applying together only constitute a single referral.
The donation will only be made once per client regardless of how many of mortgages Prospect Tree Mortgages Ltd assist with.
This offer is valid until a new offer replaces it or the company (Prospect Tree Mortgages Ltd) withdraws the offer. The offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
