Matt and Fred have been fantastic throughout. Matt immediately understood my situation and found a suitable mortgage. Fred drove the whole process forward under tricky circumstances with the end of the stamp duty holiday. Both responded to emails and calls almost immediately. It was very reassuring to have them on my side when everyone else in the world seemed to be AWOL because of Covid.
